Access to accredited trade benefits requires company verification through official government registries:

• Nigeria Chapter: Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) incorporation registration, Tax Identification Number (TIN), and NEPC export readiness.
• Kenya Chapter: Business Registration Service (BRS) registry number, KRA PIN, and EPC export certification.

Verified status confers the right to participate in B2B deal rooms, display verified chamber seals, and access trade advisory support.

In compliance with company law (CAMA 2020) governing companies limited by guarantee, every member covenants to contribute an amount not exceeding ₦100,000 (or equivalent in Kenyan Shillings) to the Chamber assets only in the event of winding up.

Our liaison desks in Abuja and Nairobi work directly with customs and port authorities to help resolve issues.

Users of our platform, Trade Leads Board, and Verified Directory agree to conduct business with integrity:

• All posted trade leads must represent genuine business opportunities backed by verifiable capacity.
• Products must meet quality and safety standards (SON in Nigeria; KEBS in Kenya).
• Cross-border payments and currency exchanges must comply with central bank rules and official payment systems (such as PAPSS).

NiKCCIMA serves as a bilateral facilitator, trade network, and dispute mediation forum. The Chamber is not a buyer, seller, freight carrier, or financial guarantor for private commercial contracts signed between companies.

These terms are governed equally by the laws of Nigeria and Kenya. Any disputes relating to Chamber operations are first handled through amicable bilateral mediation before any formal arbitration.
